oh yeah! that was last night. a rainy tuesday night right at club fat cat. after a long year waiting..eto na din.
Nine bands was set to perform on that evening. Bands included on that album and performed was:
Campo Xanto, Playphonics, Happy Hunting Grounds, Lost Semen Reunion, Eye-Me & the Royal Skavengers, Joseph Say, Piyesa, 5 Seasons, and Dreadspot.
Each band performed 3 songs of their original materials which is kulang pa for me kasi paminsan minsan lang kung tumugtog ng sariling kanta na live. All of these band have much of their songs already. Kung me pera lang pwede na silang gumawa ng sarili nilang album. This one is to prove that we are making a scene happen na hindi lang napapansin ng national market.
Few of these bands already making such li’l names in the country. But a lot where making it big here. Pansin ko lang, some other bands where exchanging instruments chores after another band. I mean, kilala nila isa’t-isa. I hope mangyari ‘to next year at mga bagong bands naman. Parang second wave baga.
Anyways, maikli lang ‘to. uwi na naman ako.
